![]() ![]() ![]() Must be NJ resident within one year from date of hire Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status This position will report to the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction and coordinate/collaborate with district instructional supervisors to disaggregate data to increase student achievement in their areas of responsibility. This position will provide data to support various grant managers for application and reporting purposes as needed. This person will also facilitate, complete and/or assist with all required student NJ SMART reports, as well as any required statewide assessment reporting and data analysis. This position functions as the Elk Township/Delsea Regional Data Research Coordinator. This position ensures the integrity of school district data and reporting. Effective problem-solving, human relations and communication skills. Ability to provide training and assistance to staff in the use of data for instructional purpose. Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills. Must be familiar with or willing to learn the basics of Excel, Google Sheets, and district instructional platforms such as Achieve3000, ED online learning, Renaissance, SchoolPace, iReady. Extensive knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, NJ SMART, and student management systems (Oncourse preferred.) Successful experience using student databases and information systems.
